ELC is the Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County. Its School Readiness program helps working families pay for child care, including before and after school care for school-age kids.
Who may qualify?
It depends on your work or school hours, your income and your family size. If you qualify, ELC sets a copay for your family.
Kid Space and ELC
Kid Space now accepts ELC with no differential payment required. You pay only your ELC-assigned copay.
